Can I buy merchandise on campus?

No; SAIC's on-campus store in the LeRoy Neiman Center is currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions on campus. 

When will my package arrive?

SAIC Store works with an outside vendor to ship all orders. To give customers the lowest price on shipping, we ship through multiple shipping services, including DHL and UPS. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, in general, expect domestic deliveries 2-3 weeks after your order date. If you are concerned about receiving an order by a certain date, please email saicstore@saic.edu and we will work with you on a solution. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes; international shipping and handling rates apply. 

There was an issue with my order. Who should I contact?

If you received incorrect order or your products have been damaged during shipping and delivery, please let us know. Send an email to saicstore@saic.edu with your order number and a description of your issue, and we will assist you.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received an incorrect order or the product you purchased is damaged. Please contact saicstore@saic.edu if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
